Declaration of compliance
The Supervisory Board and the Board of Management of AWD Holding AG welcome the German Corporate Governance Code of the Government Commission and announce their declarations of compliance each year.
According to recommendation 3.10 of the German Corporate Governance Code, AWD Holding AG provides - as hitherto - all previous declarations of compliance on its internet website.
