Corporate Governance reports

AWD already reported voluntarily on its corporate governance activities in its Annual Report 2000, that is, well before the Government Commission presented its first German Corporate Governance Code in the year 2002.

These reporting activities respect the significantly increased interest in issues of the qualitative implementation of selected standards in the field of corporate management and supervision beyond the code.
