Hanover, 8 June 2009 (AWD Holding AG). The Supervisory Board of AWD Holding AG has complied with the wish of Board of Management Member for Sales, Wilhelm Zsifkovits (55), to have his contract of service prematurely terminated as of 30 June 2009 for health reasons. Mr. Zsifkovits was appointed as the AWD Group’s Board of Management Member for Sales in December 2007. His tasks will be taken over with immediate effect by the Chairman of the Board of Management (CEO) of AWD Holding AG, Mr. Manfred Behrens (53), who will additionally assume responsibility for sales.
